A coaching approach supporting meaningfulness and wellbeing in school

Are you a teacher or a school leader interested in learning more about a coaching approach and how this can be implemented on both organisational level and individual level in school? Through this course you will get an introduction to the key aspects of the coaching approach as a tool to strengthen communication and to create a sustainable inclusive learning environment for all staff and students. You will have acquired knowledge about how to create both independent and responsible students and a healthy school environment for all based on communication.

Target groups: Teachers and school leaders in primary, lower secondary school.

Participants English language proficency level: At least B1 level in oral communication and reading skills.

Course overview and details

This 5-day course will invite teachers and school leaders to explore how a coaching approach can transform everyday interactions in the school environment, With a strong focus on practical communicative exercises, participants will develop communication skills that support the development of trust, engagement and mutual respect in relationship with students, colleagues and parents. The course will give participants the chance to develop practical tools and a personal action plan for integration a coaching approach into their daily work.
